Robert & Emilie are teaching Super Heatlh...Super Breath workshops and the Wellsprings Practitioner Training Program and the Advanced Practitioners Program. Rebecca Mark is an Associate Professor of American Literature at Tulane University, a poet, and a performer whose articles books, and courses address southern writing, women’s fiction, civil rights literature, and trauma in American culture. She has shown her performances of Mourning Emmett, and Poems after Katrina in Los Angeles, New Orleans, and Chapel Hill. She is currently the Interim Executive Director of the Newcomb College Institute. She has taught Poetry in Motion with Emilie Conrad for 15 years. Rebecca & Emilie are teaching Writing the Waves as part of the Liberating the ARTs workshop series. Suzanne Scurlock-Durana, C.M.T., C.S.T.-D., has been teaching and mentoring in the area of conscious awareness and its relationship to the healing process for over twenty years. Since 1986, she has been a certified instructor of CranioSacralTherapy and SomatoEmotional Release training with the Upledger Institute, nationally and internationally. Suzanne & Emilie are teaching Waves of Consciousness. Jean Claude van Itallie, founder/artistic director of Shantigar Foundation for theater, meditation and healing in Western Massachusetts, was a central force in the explosive American theatre of the sixties. His more than thirty plays include America Hurrah, The Serpent, The Tibetan Book of the Dead and translations of the major plays of Chekhov. He is currently writing the book for the musical MILA, based on the life of Tibet’s singing yogi, Milarepa. Author of The Playwright’s Workbook, van Itallie has taught at Amherst, Columbia, Esalen, Harvard, Naropa, NYU, Omega, Princeton and Yale. Jean-Claude and Emilie are teaching Continuum of Performance.
