Continuum Movement Class There is a deep resting place in our bodies. A pause from our daily life tendencies. Where time and space interplay with the universal language of fluid potency. Vibrational resonance with all living things is effortless as we soften our cultural "Inhibitors" In a Continuum we create different sounds that stimulate the fluid systems. Each sound frequency merges into a liquid playground by "softening into the layers" of felt sensations. We track our sensations as we explore shapes that undulate,spiral,suspend, and move the way water itself can move. Sound becomes an audible exhale, liberating our tissue,our movements become shapes not limited to human form. We check in,and learn from each other as we put words to our experiences.
