In this workshop we will explore a rich palette of movement, sound and
breath. These will activate fluidity in our cells, engaging the wisdom of
the body and bringing forth a kaleidoscope of primordial movements that
transcend time, space and condition. As we deepen our ability to perceive
at the level of sensation, we open our experience to the complexity,
pleasure and vast stillness of our inner landscape.
