Continuing adventures of the evolving body with Continuum breath, sound and movement. Explorations evoking our evolutionary origins inform us and take us deeper into the mystery of being a fully alive, embodied human.

Summer Continuum Movement Series

Explore the parallels between the human body and the earth’s body. The human body is primarily fluid filled, (blood, lymph, cerebral spinal fluid, interstitial fluid) as is the body of the earth, (ocean, rivers, wetlands, lakes.) The movement of our fluids with Continuum breath, sound and movement can be a vital key to health and resonance with the world.
