Alchemy of Movement
Thursday evenings 6:30-10PM at the Continuum Studio.

We had a beautiful class last week, celebrating the fresh rains feeding our dry earth, and tapping deep into the rich, corresponding watery vitality within ourselves.

These will be classes in Continuum, embodying the embryological, cellular, somaticness of ourselves and souls.
Drawing from the medicine of our somatic mysteries, we'll rest in the empathy and unconditional love that our Fluid systems naturally support. We will develop and expand our capacity to maintain our fluidity and be sustained by our embryological energy by learning to rest and surrender into broader possibilities of flow and peace.

Exploring the ongoing theme of the three layers of our somatic Being and how they co-create our experiences: the outer layer, nutritive middle layer & inner core (relating to 3 layers of embryo; layers of cell; heavens, human & earth; etc).. we will experientially go into how the inter-relationship between these layers creates our fundamental vitality and health, shapes our ability to take in new experiences and explore our inner unknown, and in-forms our emotions and perceptions. By harmonizing these layers, we can change and evolve the way we relate to ourselves and our inner and outer worlds.

These are classes for anyone willing to explore the mystery of their Self and Cells through a somatic lens.

Although i have an extensive background in East-West Somatics, Martial Arts, and dance, i am also an authorized Continuum Teacher -- these classes are for everyone and are CONTINUUM CLASSES, not martial arts or dance classes. My experience will only be there to support our understanding and ability to dive into the plenum of regenerative power in our fluids and embrogenetic potentials...!

The cost is $30 for a single class or $100 for a series of 4 classes.
