WONDER
n. a feeling of surprise mingled with admiration
v. to desire or be curious to know something
adj. having remarkable properties or abilities

When we awaken wonder we are able to stop and try something new. In a field of wonder we can shift our limiting patterns of perception. To get to the heart of any dilemma we must learn to see how it lives in our bodies. We are tissue; not stone. Change is always possible.

Wonder is a birthright. It loosens the snarl. These classes invoke, nourish, and restore the human capacity for wonder that brings us home to ourselves.

"Everything in our lives has the potential to wake us up or put us to sleep. Allowing it to awaken us is up to us."
Pema Chodron

Breath
beginning exploration
Unconsciously we develop patterns of breath which may limit our ability to experience the world. In this class we will play with the rhythm, capacity, sensation, shape, and sound of breath. You will learn an array of breaths that you can continue to play with on your own.
More importantly you will deepen your relationship to breath, your most immediate companion.

Music and the body
