Jan 24, 31 (make up class offered Wed. Feb 1st 6:30-8:30pm)

Monthly 4 hr. CM Class the first Sunday of each month
Feb 5th 2-6pm $45
Cost of all 4 Sundays if paid in advance $160
Monthly classes:  Feb 5th, March 4, April 1, May 6

February Wednesday evening drop in classes 6:30-8:30pm 
Feb 1st, Feb 29th $25 each  (or $40 if paid in advance)

“Tea with Emilie” Gathering...no fee
Sunday January 22nd at 4-6pm at my home in West Asheville
Gathering as a community, sipping tea and watching the just released hour long video portrait of Emilie Conrad, titled “EM Moves”.
