Basics of Continuum:
A 4-class series offered 3 times
6:30-8:45pm
Series 1
March 7, 14, 28 & April 4 (Fri. eve)
Series 2
April 25 & May 2, 9, 16 (Fri. eve)
Series 3
May 23 (Fri. eve) & June 3,10,17 (Tues. eve)

Fee: $80 for one series,
payment due one week before the first class
Sign up for a 2nd series and
receive a 10% reduction on that series.

These classes offer participants an introduction to the basic elements of Continuum, including breath, resonant sound, fluid movement, tracking sensation and open attention. Basics of Continuum serves as a preparation for all other classes and workshops.
Open to all levels of experience.

Thursdays, 9:30-11:30am
March 6 – June 12

Fee: $260
(it is possible to pay in 2 installments)
Paid in full by the first class:  $240

To practice on a weekly basis in the resonance of a group field, encourages us to be mindful of our adaptable fluid nature in our every day life, in our moment-to-moment existence. We will “dive” together in sequences that we build over several weeks. The Wednesday or Thursday class is suitable for people with Continuum experience and who wish to deepen their personal practice.

A Continuum weekend in Montreal

Come and join this gathering of renewal at the time of the Summer Solstice. Practicing Continuum for 3 consecutive days provides the space for penetrating more deeply into the mystery of life and the continuum of being. We will spend our time together sounding, moving and attending in silence. For people with Continuum experience. Limited to 10 participants
