RAOULT is dedicated to the liberating power of movement. Her odyssey
has taken her to Buddhist practice, yoga, and ultimately to Continuum—the
fluid movement exploration of life itself. As a movement educator,
she draws on this diverse experience to teach with an educated eye,
a passion for sharing, and a deep love of inquiry. A mother of three children, Deborah’s extensive childbirth-education background includes Prenatal exercise training with physical therapist and author Elizabeth Noble, and Labor Assistant training with Informed Birth and Parenting. She also has worked with renowned childbirth advocate, Dr. Michel Odent, author of "Birth Reborn." Deborah has taught yoga internationally since 1980. Her inspiration and training come from the Iyengar tradition, and she has studied with the Iyengar family in India. She co-directed the Center for Aplomb and Yoga with her husband, Francois Raoult, in Rochester, N.Y., for 15 years. Her credits also include Yoga Journal Conference presentations. She now directs Open Sky Movement Resources. click here for Continuum Studio classes
