I am dedicated to inspiring and empowering self-care and healthy transformation with clients and students by engaging and enlivening our bodies’ inherent wisdom through movement.

Through inviting inquiry, deepening body-mind awareness and embodying innovative fluid movement processes, we immerse ourselves in a healing art form offering increased vitality and creativity.

In my search to heal injuries from an auto accident, I began studying Continuum Movement® with Emilie Conrad in 2005. Experiencing this transformative process led me to study and graduate from the Somatic Movement Arts Program (SMA) with Teri Carter as a Certified Practitioner, and the Continuum Movement Training Program (CMTP) as a Certified Teacher.

Courses in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, and Body-Mind Centering® with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen feed my passion for understanding and embodying embryological movement processes, and deeply listening to and learning from our bio-intelligence.

Professional Memberships include the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association (ISMETA) as a Registered Somatic Movement Educator, and the American Massage Therapy Association, as a FL Licensed Massage Therapist (FL #MA57068).

A native of Louisiana and longtime resident of North Florida’s Gulf Coast and First Coast,  I greatly enjoy being in nature, gardening and creating mixed media art.  I offer classes and workshops online,  and maintain a private practice in both Atlantic Beach, FL and the greater New Orleans, LA area.
